Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the United World AI website, subscription plans, and authenticated workspace.

Effective date: 2 September 2026

1. Operator

United World AI is independently operated from Türkiye and is not presented on this website as a registered company.

2. Service

United World AI provides a subscription-based software workspace for marketing, publishing, analytics, automation, SEO, connected workflows, and related business operations.

3. Accounts and authorized use

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account access, and using connected services only with appropriate authorization.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Available plans and current monthly prices are published on the Pricing page. Paddle acts as merchant of record for subscription checkout and payment processing. Additional Paddle buyer terms may apply to the payment transaction.

5. Renewal and cancellation

Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not by itself create a refund for a subscription period already purchased.

6. Acceptable use

Customers must not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse of third-party platforms, malware, fraud, infringement, or activity prohibited by applicable law or the policies of connected providers.

7. Availability and changes

Features may evolve as the platform develops. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.

8. Intellectual property

United World AI software, branding, interfaces, and original platform materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Customers retain rights they hold in content and data they provide to the service.

9. Third-party services

The platform may connect with third-party services. Their own terms, availability, permissions, and policies remain applicable.

10. Liability

The service is provided subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
