Privacy and Cookie Notice
This notice explains how the United World AI public website and protected workspace handle personal data, essential storage and optional analytics.
Effective date: 26 August 2026
1. Who operates this service?
United World AI is independently operated from Türkiye. It is not presented as a registered company. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@ai-unitedworld.com .
2. What does this notice cover?
This notice covers the public pages at ai-unitedworld.com and the authenticated United World AI workspace. Protected workspace functions require an authorized account and are not public content.
3. Information that may be processed
Public website and security logs
Hosting and security systems may process technical request information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, referrer and security events. This information is used to deliver the website, diagnose problems and protect the service.
Protected workspace
When an authorized user signs in, the service may process account identifiers, organization membership, roles, operational records and content needed to provide the requested workspace functions.
Optional website analytics
If analytics is enabled and you explicitly accept it, Google Analytics 4 may process page visits, interactions, approximate location, device and browser information, and analytics identifiers. Analytics must not load before consent is granted.
4. Cookies and device storage
Strictly necessary storage
Authentication, security and CSRF protection may use necessary cookies or comparable storage. These are required for the protected workspace to operate securely and are not used for advertising.
Optional analytics storage
Analytics cookies or identifiers are optional. They will be activated only after a visitor chooses to accept analytics. Rejecting analytics must not block access to public pages.
Consent preference
The website may store the visitor’s analytics choice so the consent question does not appear on every visit. The visitor can later change that choice using the privacy controls provided by the website.
5. Why information is processed
- To deliver requested public and workspace services.
- To authenticate authorized users and enforce roles.
- To maintain security, reliability and abuse prevention.
- To understand website usage only when analytics consent has been granted.
- To respond to support and privacy requests.
6. Service providers and disclosure
Data may be processed by hosting, authentication, database, security and infrastructure providers as necessary to operate the service. Google Analytics will receive analytics information only after the visitor grants analytics consent.
United World AI does not claim to sell personal data. Information may be disclosed when reasonably required to protect users, maintain security, comply with an applicable legal obligation or respond to a lawful request.
7. International processing
Infrastructure providers may process information in countries other than the visitor’s country. Where applicable, the operator will rely on the safeguards and contractual protections offered by those providers.
8. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated operational, security, legal or service purposes. Retention periods may vary by data category. Optional analytics data follows the retention settings configured for the dedicated United World AI analytics property.
9. Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or information about the processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw optional analytics consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Requests will be reviewed and answered subject to identity verification, security requirements and applicable legal obligations.
10. Children
The service is intended for business and professional use and is not knowingly directed to children.
11. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
